In episode two of the new ‘Parting Shots’ video series, retiring CEO Robin Lentz offers valuable advice amid packing up her office.
Famous for being a pioneer in credit union core conversions--first to Symitar and more recently to Corelation's KeyStone--Robin Lentz has taken some calculated risks since becoming CEO of $270 million Cabrillo Credit Union, San Diego, in 1979. All were done with member service in mind.
Parting Shots video series partner Mike Lawson of CUbroadcast sat down with Robin, a longtime CUES member, just before she retired on March 31. They discussed her calculated risk-taking, how she has changed during her productive 37-year career, what she'll miss the most, the value of mentors and much more.
