For professional fulfillment, check out our feature article about finding a leadership style within yourself. And then read about creating a credit union culture in which women can better learn and develop professionally.

CUES member Mai-Linh Hoang, VP/marketing at $1.2 billion Collins Community Credit Union, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, wrote a powerful essay about the tight rope female leaders have to walk between aggression and ambition and how we can all work together to improve this situation.
As always, we are pleased to bring you information and inspiration for current and aspiring female credit union executives and those who support them. Please share it with your colleagues and peers.
